Despite being born in the UK, Chloe moved to the USA when she was 9; where she has resided ever since. Her lifelong love of art began to take a serious turn at the age of 16. Starting with digital art, Chloe grew her knowledge and skill set over the next few years before studying Computer Science at university.

Lacking creativity in her life, she fell back in love with art, and learned to use acrylic paints whilst creating content as an outlet on Youtube. Her content began to gain traction in 2016 as she was graduating, and has been doing it full time ever since.

Chloe’s lifelong love of Disney has heavily influenced her art style over the years. Colorful, whimsical, and animated style realism dominate her art style. She began mural painting during the pandemic and fell in love with such a large canvas. Having worked with many large brands over the years such as Lego, Google Arts, Michaels, and many more, her passion to share, present, and have fun with creativity has only grown. She founded Artistic Bear Co. in 2021, selling her line of paintbrushes and products to artists all over the world.

Her art activity book, which will be published worldwide in stores and online by Page Street Publishing, will be releasing in December of 2024.
