Growing up visiting the Disney parks on family holidays, Chloe developed an early love for imaginative worlds, character design, and visual storytelling. That passion led her deeper into art, where she spent years refining her skills and growing in confidence as an artist. While completing her degree in Computer Science, she launched a YouTube channel creating fun and relatable content about being an artist and creative person. What began as a side project quickly evolved into a full-time career and personal brand.

In her artwork, Chloe combines whimsical illustration with a strong understanding of what resonates with modern audiences. Her work is inspired by cozy storytelling, nostalgia, collectible design, and a deep love of colour. Acrylic and digital painting are her specialties, though she enjoys experimenting with new mediums, product formats, and creative concepts.

Over the years, Chloe has partnered with globally recognized brands including LEGO, Google Arts & Culture, and Ana Luisa, alongside designing products and collaborations across accessories, home goods, and lifestyle categories. She has also created and sold original products through her own brand, Artistic Bear Co., including premium paintbrushes, art prints, and curated merchandise collections.

As both an artist and creator, Chloe offers a combination of creativity and proven commercial reach. She understands not only how to design products people love, but also how to market them, tell their story, and connect them directly with an engaged audience.
